Executive Chef

    At the age of thirteen, Angelo started his career in food service at "All in the Family", an Italian Deli/Bakery, which later expanded into a Catering business as well. For three years he assisted his father baking breads, pastries and cakes. Angelo then progressed to an Assistant Chef and then a Head Chef position, which encompassed both kitchen and managerial duties.

    Angelo continued his progression by broadening his career in the food service industry. He took over the reigns as General Manager of an upscale Gourmet Deli. for about two years. He then seeked further challenge by becoming the Executive Chef of an al a carte restaurant called "Me and Tommy's", located in Kearny. Angelo proceeded to create and develop a menu that lead them to their most prosperous three years. His experience at "Me and Tommy's" was of special importance to him, Kearny being his home town.

    At the age of twenty-six, about eight years ago, Angelo was hired as the Executive Chef of the San Carlo. At that time, Angelo was the youngest, but most learned and well rounded chef we have had. Angelo in his eight-year tenure as our Executive Chef, has been instrumental in our endeavors to become one of the premier catering houses in Southern Bergen County and all of the adjoining areas.
